Shopify & E-commerce Specialist

About the Role

Lenoites is looking for a Shopify & E-commerce Specialist to join our office in Borås.

We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in Shopify who wants to take operational responsibility for our webshop. The role involves working with products, collections, categories, navigation, landing pages, campaigns, merchandising, CRM, analytics, and continuous optimization of the customer journey.

Lenoites is a Swedish premium beauty brand with sales through its own webshop and selected retailers in Sweden and internationally.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• work operationally in Shopify with products, collections, categories, and navigation
• create and update landing pages, campaign pages, and the homepage
• ensure quality in product data, images, texts, metadata, and content
• work with merchandising for campaigns, launches, and seasons
• monitor traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior in analytics tools
• work with CRM, newsletters, segmentation, and automated flows
• identify and implement improvements that strengthen customer experience, conversion, and sales
• collaborate with marketing, design, operations, and external partners

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has hands-on experience working in Shopify
• is confident working operationally on an e-commerce platform independently
• has experience with products, collections, categories, landing pages, and campaigns
• has experience with CRM, newsletters, or marketing automation
• has a good understanding of digital analytics, such as GA4 or similar tools
• is structured, detail-oriented, and commercially driven
• can prioritize among several parallel tasks
• thrives in a smaller company with high tempo and short decision-making paths
• wants to work on-site at our office in Borås

It is an advantage if you have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Markets, metafields, apps, CRO, SEO, product data, or premium brands within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

About the Employment

Scope: Full-time

Employment Type: Permanent position with a probationary period as agreed

Location: Borås

Workplace: On-site at the office. This role is not hybrid or remote.

Start Date: Immediately or as agreed.
